Calasanz has set out to disprove the misconception that martial arts about fighting. At Calasanz, you have a choice. Do you want to study martial arts to learn how to fight or for self-defense? In our system an athlete will become better at his or her game, a college student, mom or businessman feels confident in self defense. Older people will regain their flexibility and strength. Some pursue the arts for physical fitness or creative expression. You choose the path your training will take.
